I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Structube.
My story? I have a Structube Europa Extendable Dining Table. The table was disassembled for a move. When you turn the table upside down there are eight 1 1/4 inch bolts with a hex head. Unfortunately I lost four of these. Worse, the bolts appear to be proprietary, design specific to the table, meaning I am unable to purchase them at a store. So I contacted Structube and asked them if I could purchase a set of replacement bolts. Structube said no. They do not do sell replacement parts.
So my table is now unusable.
Be careful purchasing from Structube as they do not service what they sell.
I will have to purchase a new table.
Just not from Structube.

In January I ordered the Kanji chair in teak to go along with the same chair, in the same colour I purchased in the summer. Structube delivered the chair to me in the walnut finish. I called and setup a return. Structube is forcing me to pay for the return to the tune of $78. The several customer service reps I have interacted with insist they sent me the teak finish. The box does have the order sku number for teak, but the chair in the box is walnut. Anyway, I have no choice to pay for the return so that I can recoup the rest of the money. This is a company that does not do the right thing.

Do not order from here, they lie about dates and availabilities
Mensonges sur les dates. Promesse de livrer au mois de juin (acheté au mois d'avril). Et ils viennent de repousser la date au mois de septembre . Ils continuent à prendre des commandes et de mentir sur les dates de disponibilité...

Customer service is non existant and there is a serious disconnect between online and the store. They take no responsibility for mistakes that cause expense and inconvenience to the customer.
I purchased 6 chairs (2k) in natural finish. Although eligible for free delivery I picked them up at the store (barrhaven, Nepean) so they would arrive in time for an event. I picked up 3 chairs and unpacked them at home. All were damaged and below standard. They were poorly constructed, dirty (used?), dried glue marks, not balanced and had rough finishes (no exaggeration - see pics). Only one chair had been properly packaged - remainder were loose in boxes without wrapping, resulting in more damage (rub marks, dents, etc). Unbelievable. I returned to the store to inspect the remaining chairs. They were equally damaged and improperly packaged. The manager agreed, apologized and said there was nothing she could do because I had ordered on line and needed to contact customer service, which I did while still at the store. Online told me there was nothing they could do, because I had picked the chairs up from a store! I was stuck between two parties of the same company, none of this my mistake, and neither was willing to take ownership. Manager eventually agreed to accept the returns but I would have to go home again and collect the chairs. She denied my request for the store to pick up the chairs or to compensate for gas and inconvenience of having to drive around to fix structube’s mistake. She said she would contact her regional manager but I needed to call customer service, which I did. Both parties said that they would contact me in 2-3l days. A MONTH later I was advised that compensation was denied because new chairs had eventually been delivered. They missed the point that compensation was for the time and money I spent correcting THEIR error and not because I didn’t receive the correct product. The chairs should have never shipped in that condition or that manner in the first place. While unforeseen and regrettable circumstances can occur, a company’s value is in the way issues are resolved. This company took no ownership of shortcomings and instead passed all costs and inconveniences onto me, the customer. They took no responsibility for any of this.Arrogant! Utimately I paid more than full price for these chairs (full cost, plus 2 return trips to the store and time wasted). I will never again buy from them - give business to a company who deserves it.

I purchased a $2000 couch. It arrived with significant water damage. Structube would not refund or allow me to return and continuously sent me the same form email again and again. I tried to cover the damage with a throw and use it anyway. After a few months, the leather began to split in certain places and the whole structure felt wobbly. Again, they would not address the issue. Obviously the couch was a cheaply made piece of junk marked up by X10.
They’re a scam- save your money.

Buyer Beware! Do not order anything from Structube. I ordered a bed in January. It came in February with a damaged piece. It has been a month since I put in a “request” for a replacement piece. Repeated attempts to contact them via my local store, the 1-800 number, and email have been unsuccessful. They refuse to send me a replacement piece. There is even an open box bed online for sale right now. So they have replacement pieces available. I tried to post a review online and they were going to “moderate it” so naturally it didn’t make it up since it was a negative review. I’m stuck with this bed because I can’t return it since it is past their 7 day return window and they can’t be bothered to get back to me. Meanwhile, I’ve been sleeping on the floor for weeks.

I bought a dining table and chairs, at the checkout they gave me an estimated date to return on a stick a month ago and when I called them they told it is not arrived yet . Every time I check the website I find out this table will be in stock at a certain time and when I check back again I find another date.

Order placed Jan 4th, 2021, and was given two dates, Jan 12 and Jan 18th, that the order will be made available. Today Feb 01, 2021, no news yet on when the order will available. On the contrary, the credit card was charged the same day. What this tells me is a company that is not able to deliver on its promises.

Do NOT order from Structube. I paid them in September for a bed, sideboard and media unit and STILL not received it. When I queried now, they said 28 November!!! Im livid!
They also said if I want to split my order I have to pay for shipping!

Bought a bed . It broke within the warranty period. Returned it and was told they would refund me within 5-10 business days. No refund and now they are saying only a store credit will be offered. Still angry and not interested in purchasing anything else from this company as the quality is poor.

Ordered Rainer Chair May 5, received chair on May 14 with two miss-matched legs. Called immediately to request correct chair legs. It is now June 12, and I have a half assembled chair in my living room. Not one customer service rep can assist. I have now requested to return the chair as it is defective, and have not heard back from anyone on where to drop it off.
Very frustrating company to deal with. Customer service representatives all had different stories as to why the chair leg replacement had not arrived yet. Was disconnected multiple times, no call backs and no responses from my emails.
Dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend.
