We purchased a set of five custom sized cushions for our outside bench. They arrived ahead of schedule and were extremely well crafted. The packaging kept them dry and safe in transit and was actually so so good that we decided to continue to use the packaging to store the cushions when they are not on the bench. The salesperson we worked with was excellent, understood our needs and helped us determine the type of material and filling that would best meet our needs. We would certainly highly recommend Patio Lane.

Love, love, love this company. They coached me every step of the way and kept me informed of their progress. I ordered 3 custom cushions to fill my oddly shaped banquet. With their long distance encouragement I made patterns for each cushion. I chose a Sunbrella fabric, Pebble and a solid fabric to welt. They even contacted me when the fabric arrived at the shop with a flaw, they sent it back and waited for new fabric. The cushions came shortly after in perfect condition. And they fit my odd corner like a glove. They were also about half of the cost my local decorator quoted me. They are so deep and sturdy we will be using them for many many years. Thanks Patio Lane!

Lots of options I didn’t see at other websites (which corners to round, where to put ties, cushion thickness and cushion type) and a good selection of fabrics. I placed my order for four bench cushions on Sept 18 and they shipped on Oct 4. I can’t speak to how they will wear and perform yet but the craftsmanship appears good so far.

The staff was very attentive to making sure I was getting what I wanted. I had sent my order in, but they reached out to me to confirm that the cushion covers would cover my existing cushions properly. They fulfilled the order within the timeframe stated, and I received them in good condition. They fit the cushion perfectly and I have been using them ever since. I was quite impressed at their attentiveness to making sure I ordered the right sizes.

My cushions were custom made from a templet they made from my old cushions. The workmanship is beautiful as I expected it would be. Patio Lane is not cheap, but their cushions added more to my back yard than the new pavers. The job was 4 extra large seating cushions for a 2 sectional curved couch and 4 large back rest cushions plus a cushion for an extra large ottoman.

I needed thirty yards of fabric for ten new outdoor cushions. After reviewing several fabric suppliers, I chose Patio Lane and was not disappointed. First, I ordered three samples, which arrived in about one week. The price for each was within budget, and even a bit lower than other suppliers. Once I chose the fabric I wanted my upholsterer to use, I called Patio Lane and asked whether there was a total of thirty yards of fabric in stock. The customer service was prompt and excellent. I had my fabric delivered to my door within two weeks and I am thrilled!

I love working with Patio Lane, they are always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend them. I buy fabric all the time because we have a small nature lodge, so I need lots of outdoor fabric. They help me with short deadlines and are really easy to work with.
