Customer service is not good. They are not honest on how long production time. They use a 3rd party delivery company American West, who gives you the run around on scheduling your delivery or when it will arrive . My sectional has been sitting at local warehouse for 2 weeks and no one has no idea why it has not been delivered. I got a call from Alice on 9/15 saying it will be delivered on Friday 9/17. I called American West and spoke with Laura to ask what time Friday, she could not tell me where my sectional was and if he could be delivered the day I was told. I have been waiting for over a month just or delivery and waited 5 months for production. I would not recommend Monarch Sofas ever.

Really feel like this warning needs to be given. Before I signed the paperwork and paid, I was told if would take 4-6 weeks to make and 2-4 weeks for out of state delivery. Fine, no problem. AFTER paying, however, I'm now being told it will take 7-8 weeks for production alone and this is the best they can do. I think anyone receiving this new information after forking over nearly $4k would be upset too. I'll update this review after we get the couch and I see how it goes. For now, this is very frustrating.

Hi Stefanie, thank you so much for placing your order with us, and I'm so sorry about any miscommunication in regards to the time frame. We try to be up front about realistic time frames, because we don't want customers to experience any delays. Our production time frame is usually 4-6 weeks plus shipping, but unfortunately with the pandemic, we've been experiencing unforeseen delays here and there, and had to adjust our expectations accordingly. Also this time of the year, with several holidays and vendors shutting down for inventory, the time frame is expected to be a little bit longer than normal, and I apologize for any inconvenience the longer time frame may cause you. I will make sure to try to put a rush on your order if possible. Kind Regards

Where do I start, I am highly disappointed, we ordered custom couches with our dimensions 10×8 the first time around but we update the dimensions to a 10×9, we get the ok from them and continued with the finalization, this is where we went wrong, we didn't look at the conversion from feet into inches because we trusted a professional company that specializes in this matter to not get this wrong! Well they did! When I called and explained the situation they confirmed they got the updated dimensions but someone must of overlooked it and continued with the 10×8 but we should have caught it when we finalized the paperwork. So we were met with its our fault and there is nothing we can do. So now we are stuck looking for a new couch after spending thousands on a couch that we can't even use, they recommend to try and sell the current couch and reorder again.

Sofa looks almost identical to the RH cloud that we wanted, but more durable and we were able to customize the fabric and feel without the hefty price tag. Monarch is also so sweet to work with and we are in love with the sofa! My family has bought multiple sofas from them and there is nothing better. Great value, service and product. You won't regret it!

I ordered a custom Claudia sofa with Monarch. After picking the swatch from a number of choices, the couch took the full 6 weeks and was then delivered with a completely different fabric. They admitted and apologized for the mistake and offered me $250 to keep the wrong couch. If I wanted to get the original fabric I ordered, I would have had to wait an additional 4 weeks and was offered no compensation whatsoever. I decided to keep the couch and money as I did not want to deal with the process any further. The couch is well made but not what I was hoping for.

Hi Dan, I'm so sorry there was a mix up with the fabric. Of course we stand behind our products and offered to make the sectional in the correct fabric for you. We offered to rush it for 3-4 weeks and you could keep the other sectional and use it in your home until the new one was delivered. The sample you liked was the Regis Silver and the order invoice you signed said Sasha silver, which neither the sales person, nor you noticed when the order was written up, unfortunately. Our normal production time is up to 6 weeks because everything (fabric, frames, legs, cushion fill) is custom ordered and made specifically for your custom order. You decided you didn't want to wait for the new sectional, and asked for a discount instead, which we offered and you agreed to. I'm sorry you felt prompted to leave a negative review, since I was under the impression the discount was to your satisfaction. We would have been happy to make the sectional in the correct fabric for you, and you would not be without anything to sit on for that time.. Again, I'm very sorry.

After months of research, we decided to go with a custom sofa. We worked with Mike and he could not have been more patient with all our questions. The process was smooth and painless. We just received our sectional and the quality is truly impressive. Their timeline was accurate and everything moved on schedule. Monarch Sofas has definitely exceeded our expectations.

I was so pleased that we were able to get the sofa designed to our specifications! I used elements from different sofas to create what I wanted. Be warned, it gets a little expensive when u add a lot but I feel it was worth the expense to get exactly what I wanted.

So, I'm perfectly satisfied with my entire experience with Monarch Sofas. From showroom ordering to online emails with Brad to hearing from the delivery company to receiving delivery, everything went just fine. However, I am most pleased with the excellent and top quality craftsmanship of my new sofa and chair. Both pieces are beautiful to look at, perfectly sized for me and my small living room and are the best pieces of furniture I've ever had. I think delivery was a couple days earlier than anticipated. I'm thrilled!!

Mike at the Dallas Monarch sofas location was great to work with. He was patient with us throughout the process and made it as stream lined as possible. We love the final result of our couch. It’s a little nerve wrecking to custom design something and not see it until you have it, but we are super pleased with the result. Love our new custom sectional sofa!

I have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years and must commend the attention to detail and craftsmanship, I received from Monarch Sofas! Steven at the Los Angeles store was amazing to work with. He was patient, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable with regards to style, comfort and design. Could not be happier with both the quality of the sofa and chairs I got from Monarch. The amazingly low price ($3200 for a 7 foot sofa and two matching armchairs) was matched by their eternally patient customer service rep Mike. I had never bought furniture online before and was a bit nervous to be honest. But, having worked with Monarch, driving around looking for furniture now seems like complete insanity. You get top notch quality for a hell of a lot less. Monarch almost seems too good to be true. But it isn't. Do it with confidence. These guys are great.
