Our store is best known for environmentally friendly furniture crafted of materials such as antique recycled pillars and railroad wood ties, old wood from merchant ships and other interesting finds. Modern production technology, combined with the richness of reclaimed hard woods like teak and mahogany and hard-rubbed finishes, are the hallmarks of our collections. In addition to furniture imports, Marco Polo Imports creates custom carpentry and upholstered furnishings. Our showroom design center is dedicated to displaying thousands of different fabrics for your custom design. With the help of our talented team of design consultants, clients are able to create custom furniture made to measure. We have two factories in Los Angeles, In one, we manufacture Custom Sofas, sectionals, chairs and slip-covers. We also do re-upholstery. In our second factory, we create cabinets and wood & iron works. We do residential as well as commercial design.

This was the best customer service I have had in years. My initial e-mail query was answered almost immediately. The associate got back to me with estimates and, most important, arranged for a special delivery time. She kept me abreast of the status of the delivery and also followed up to see if everything had gone okay with the delivery. I also liked the product. It was as advertised. And when I mentioned that my only regret was that I had later found the same item online for less money, she gave me a store credit for the next purchase -- which I certainly will make. I'm so sick of poor customer service from businesses all over the country. Finally Marco Polo Imports has put the customer back in the service.

Marco Polo has a unique collection of imported pieces...its one stop shop...there are accent pieces to go with large pieces...they came to my home numerous times and helped me measure spaces and placement of the pieces...I dare you to stop by and leave empty handed.

I have had a relationship with Aaron and Marin Toledo, the owners of Marco Polo Imports, for over 10 years. Most of my furniture has come from them. After looking on-line and in person for the "right" desk for several months I went into Marco Polo Imports and, once again, I found the perfect one. They were able to add a few things that I was looking for in a desk and it is absolutely beautiful. They have helped us design shelves for our home and a few other unique pieces. They work patiently with us until we have exactly what we want. Thank you for your help, expertise and always friendly manner.

Patricia, Santa Monica Custom made sectional June 5, 2013 I received my couch May 26 and I'm in love with it! I looked for the perfect couch for 6 months and hired 3 decorators to see what would fit in my house. I had great service and the couch came earlier than predicted. Thank you Marco Polo Imports!!!!

I have used Marco Polo for much of the furnishing in my home. I have both purchased their unique pieces as is, and have custom-designed items. Aaron's creativity and "customer is always right" attitude is unmatched from any store I have ever shopped with before!! They are a perfect fit whether you are a designer or homeowner. The value is incredible as well!! I highly recommend them on every front!

The staff was very quick to assist me and offer me guidance and advice on creating the ambiance I am delighted to have achieved. And at an excellent price.
