Terrible company, terrible products, terrible customer service. We got parts that were missing when it arrived, and when we tried to speak to them about it we were ignored. Stay away, you are better off picking up furniture on the street.
Avoid buying from this company!

Awful company to purchase from. They shipped the sofa without some parts, now I can't assembly it. Customer service is useless, they don't reply to email and when they do pick up the phone they don't help in any way. Scam

The WORST experience ever. I placed an order for my clients on Aug 3rd. I did not receive a status notification. I would call and each time the estimated ship date would move to a further date. Then one of the items I order was miraculously out of stock, then it was backordered with the date online of 9/13 but customer service claims the real date is 9/30. Its 3 weeks to installation and I have to source a replacement. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company!

Awful customer service. I ordered a TV stand over 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped. FedEx told me they have not picked the item up yet. Lexmod customer service keeps telling me, "It will arrive tomorrow." Almost a month later and still no delivery tracking information and no TV stand. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam since they will not refund my order. They took my money and provided no product.

Very bad experience . very bad customer service . long time delivery . I ordered two sofas in June 30 and i received my orders in August 10. I can understand problem of the covid pandemic but i can not understand rude response and no responsibility . Finally i got my sofas and one of them was damaged , the big scratch on top of it and the cambric was ripped too. Do not waste your money and time with this seller .

We will never buy anything from LexMod again and will certainly recommend the same to everyone we know. We ordered a loveseat and ottoman in early July. It was scheduled for delivery July 20. After an hour of looking, the delivery man could find the ottoman, but not the loveseat on his truck. He left the ottoman and promised someone would be in touch the next day. I reached out to both delivery company and LexMod because neither contacted us about the failed delivery. LexMod only responded with a vague updated status email stating "in process". The next week I heard from the delivery company and they scheduled the delivery again on July 27. (Note that recipients are expected to be home to receive packages so we rescheduled our day to be home for the 4 hour delivery window.) Nobody came. Nobody called. AGAIN I reached out to both delivery company and LexMod. At least this time the delivery company responded with an apology for the missed delivery, but again we have not heard from LexMod with any type of apology or concession. Instead today I received a standard status update email from them stating the loveseat will be re-shipped to us on August 13. Given their shipping schedule that means we won't receive it until August 17 or 24, since we've learned they only deliver to our area on Fridays. The terrible timing is frustrating, but the complete lack of human contact or apology is unforgivable. Order from someone else--even if you need to pay a bit more. At least you will get the product and you can make contact with a human being!

Ordered furniture they charged me up front, no updates and first said back ordered by a month. After a month now they say 2 months. They charged me almost $2K on the day of the order, no communication on the delay and now I am running behind them. Do not do business with them, poor business policies and practices.

Ordered a swing, they didn't ship me all the parts. It's been over two months and they still haven't shipped all the parts and won't accept a return at cost to them. Don't buy from this company. Also has the worst claims customer service

Ordered the Orange Waverunner chairs from this company. When they arrived they were not the muted/burnt orange color as depicted on the site. Instead they were a bright neon orange which did not coordinate with my decor. I called their customer service to get the return authorization and asked them if they could generate the shipping label and deduct it from my return instead of making me return them on my own as I knew the cost for me to return would be exorbitant which it is ($800) over half what all the items cost to purchase. The customer service agent told me i'd need to make a claim in order to get a shipping label but it's not guaranteed. I did so but have never heard back. This company is terrible at customer service. I even offered to exchange these chairs for a different color if they would pick the falsely advertised ones up in exchange. They still refused. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
