What a mess! I ordered more than 9 months ago and only just recently found it that my item isn’t coming. They keep pushing the delivery back, and I was patient for a long time because I know COVID caused a lot of supply chain issues but this is totally unacceptable. Don’t give this company your money.

Placed an order more than 30 weeks ago, which I now assume I will never see and am fighting to get back the $7000 I spent. Horrible ethics, horrible communication, horrible customer service. I will can't get anyone to tell me anything... Any info I've found has been through my own digging and research and every form of communication I have tried with them to get more info has gone unanswered. Now they are going to rebuild the brand????? Ridiculous.

This company is complete garbage. Communication was great at first then the status of my furniture was a mystery for months and months past the original estimate. I ended up waiting 10 months for 2 chairs. I don't care that they've been bought out by someone new, I'll never trust this company with my money or time again.

This company is horrible. I purchased an expensive couch and the chaise fabric puckers and the cushion fill does not match the rest of the couch. This place is a complete nightmare. My couch arrived late, they offered me a partial refund that was never applied and then the company dissolved through an ABC. The new purchaser doesn’t take over any responsibility for items purchased before their takeover although they secured my delivery. This is the most frustrating experience. Please do not buy from this place. The items are not worth the money and the customer service is horrible.

If I could give a zero I would. Do not buy from this company. I have not received my order and I’m not sure if I will. I ordered in April and apparently they fully new they could not fulfill my order. Even if someone else takes over the company don’t buy from them.

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!! -- basically they are out of business and not paying vendors and not delivering furniture that was pre-paid. Also not responding to email requests.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
I ordered one (1) simple ottoman in July of 2022, with promises of an October 2022 delivery.
Not only did I not get my ottoman in October 2022 but I cannot get any response to multiple emails requesting the firm delivery time of this purchase. They have no estimate and probably have no relationship with the original (if there ever was one) contractor who was going to provide this product.
Meanwhile the company continues to hold my $1500+ with no return and no product. Since they cannot give me any date of the delivery of the product I purchased, and since they hardly respond to customer support, I have asked for a full refund. While Brian Charles said I would get a full refund, it has been a month since it was requested in writing, with no promise of the refund timing. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like to pay for products they have no intention of fulfilling. They rarely respond to customer support inquiries. It only takes a day or two to process a refund so they clearly do not have the resources to reimburse consumers. Next step - Illinois Consumer Protection Agency.
This company receives an order, doesn't deliver and doesn't tell you when you will receive the products you ordered.

We purchased our couch after visiting the Philadelphia show room. Customer service then and through the entire process has been phenomenal. Always talking with a compassionate kind person. We ordered during covid and so all of the delays seemed to be on par with any furniture delivery/order so we had no problem with the wait. The couch finally came and everything was great. Delivery, set up, even emails shortly after to make sure we were happy. After a couple months, the fabric started to pucker and look very lived in despite being a few months old and having a $3600 price tag. Again, customer service beyond helpful and kind. They admitted in full transparency there were issues with that fabric and the best option would be to do an exchange for a different fabric. We moved forward having an order placed on December 27 after lots of radio silence and time between email exchanges. I logged onto my account today to see the progress and honestly not to my surprise at all the company has gone bankrupt. I truly hope the new company taking over takes a pause on new orders and helps to rectify the current issues from hard working people who already paid for their items. Those who received faulty items and those waiting for months to receive their furniture. Such an unfortunate circumstance when there were so many good things about the experience from this company but bottom line being left with a faulty almost $4k piece of furniture is quite unnerving. The most expensive thing my husband and I ever purchased for our home and it's been poor quality since the beginning. Hope this company does right by their patient customers.

Pet friendly fabric is NOT pet friendly. We waited months and paid a good amount of money to have our pet friendly sofa quickly ruined by our small cat. 1 week it it was showing significant wear. 6 months later even worse. Customer service was entirely unsympathetic and apologized that the upholstery wasn’t “indestructible.” Give me a break. To state that pet friendly upholstery, and I quote ““woven to stand up against sharp claws” and “tightly woven to resist snagging.” and then when it fails to do so provide an excuse as well as no offer to make things right is just mind blowing to me. This company doesn’t care about its products being accurate or its customers satisfaction.

I've been waiting on my couch since August. We were told the couch would be delivered at the latest in January. Then, I receive an email that our couch is in production. Now we are told it may be delivered in mid-March. No one is reachable by email or phone. There is no way to get answers or receive a refund. This company just took my money and ran. Worst experience ever! Do not buy anything from this company.

Please do not give this company your money! They will charge your credit card and you will never receive your furniture. They will send boilerplate letters stating that your furniture is delayed six months due to shipping. Truth is, your furniture was never actually ordered! $4,210 lesson learned for my family.
