Ordered our 90inch vanity and after almost 2 weeks was told there was a defect and would only be available a month and half out. We ran into this with another vendor and similar run around. Poor communication after reaching out about possible options - finally asked for a refund - got an email within minutes with a refund invoice. Then followed up with "Let us know if you need anything" ... seems a bit backwards, but probably common practice (allowing people to order products they say are available but not... seems like industry standard, sad) Off to the next one!

The most respectful I can be is to state this company is a fraud. They do not honor or cover any of the warranties provided by the manufacturers they sell, and are impossible to contact. It seems like it's just one woman in CT with a full voicemail box.

I am being generous giving Home Living Style 2 stars only because I know that Danielle worked really hard to get our vanity to us and I appreciate her direct contact on getting that figured out. As for the other stars missing, that has to do with the amount of weeks our vanity went missing and took 2 weeks longer than told to be shipped. We ordered our vanity on August 3 and were told it would be there the 10-12. It wasn't delivered to us until the 24th. I like the product, but when we opened the boxes we were missing one of the two mirrors. I called Danielle directly and her inbox is full and I called customer service today between business hours but they say they are closed. I don't get a response to my emails and I honestly would like to never order from Home Living Style again. I could have ordered the same exact product from plenty of other places but they had the best price. I would have paid the extra to order from someone else with better customer service and prompt delivering. If you guys read this we are still awaiting the discount you promised us as well as the missing mirror. Thank you for you help along the way, but you guys could have done much better.
