The whole process of choosing design, timber, communication and delivery was so easy. Ross and Juilie have utterly beautiful furniture in the showroom and provided some great ideas prior to placing an order. But then the issues came... -Over promising and under-delivering -Slow -Uncommunicative -Rude -Barely tolerable level of business competence If you find something in their floor stock that suits, great. But under NO circumstances should you order custom furniture from them. Perhaps saddest of all, we ended up back at square one after all that.

It's quite a long story suffice to say that at the time we were in the process of relo
cating our factory and yes a couple of things did not go according to plan with the preparation of the table top for these people. Otherwise all I'll say about this is, thankfully most people are very understanding if things don't go according to plan and every now and then you strike a person, who is not at all understanding.

I purchased 5 items from Eclipse Handcrafted Furniture, 2 were made to order, and the others were purchased in store. All the items were made to the highest quality, and look absolutely amazing. The table and dressing table I had made to order are both stunning. They were designed and made within weeks. All items were delivered to Melbourne from Wagga Wagga in excellent order. I only wish I was in need of more furniture at this stage, I highly recommend Eclipse to anyone wanting handcrafted furniture of the highest standard.

Ross and his team have helped with the design and making of a much cherished circular dining table with matching console as well as a hall console and plant stand. We have always been delighted with the finished products and all pieces are features in our home.

We were seeking a high quality dining room table with 10 matching chairs. The help we received at Eclipse Handcrafted Furniture Wagga Wagga met our expectations. We were introduced to a superb solid timber platform red gum table by the owner Ross Triffin. The unique quality of the table met our needs. Ross gave us plenty of information on the creation of the table and the easy maintenance it would require. The fact that the timber came from a local source made it very appealing. We purchased the table and Ross and his team were accommodating in storing it for us until the time was right for it to be delivered to our newly renovated home in SW NSW.
