Dow Furniture

I needed new Bedroom furniture - nightstand, mattress, base, etc. delivered. I walked away with everything I needed - even the mattress protector. Got the furniture delivered. Excellent service from start to finish: Browsing/Looking and getting personalized recommendations from the Dow’s salesforce to the Sale and final delivery. The service was so good that we ended up buying my grandmother a new bedroom set within two weeks of my first purchase! Again, another great experience! When in Maine the only place to shop for furniture is at Dow’s!

I was not familiar with Dow Furniture. I accidentally found the Website when I was searching for a china hutch. It caught my attention when I realized they sold their furniture on line in the state of Maine only. I am a native of Maine. I was all in favor of supporting a Maine company if I could find what I was looking for. After many text messages and questions, there was no doubt in my mind Dow Furniture would be the company I would be buying my kitchen furniture from. The responses on my texts were quick. I had so many questions and all were answered so efficiently. I knew I was dealing with a first class CSR. I eventually spoke with Matt to place my order for several pieces of furniture. He again was so patient in answering more questions and going out of his way to take pictures of some furniture in the showroom so I could compare the size of the chairs. It helped me to make a decision. After placing my order, Matt went to his Manager to see if he could apply a discount on the furniture that was on sale. In addition, the furniture was delivered to me in Lewiston from Waldoboro which is over 50 miles away. I would recommend Dow Furniture every chance I get. (By the way, I never did buy a white hutch. I bought a black one and I am so pleased with my purchase. Thank you Dow Furniture and Matt for your great service.

Dow Furniture gives their customers the whole package: excellent service, options, and price point! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kristi Bisset, as she skillfully helped us to select the perfect fabrics and style of our Four Seasons furniture. The personable delivery crew did a stellar job carefully entering our home and then setting up the sofa, chair and ottoman. We could not be more happy with the results and look forward to returning to Dow in the near future.
