Vent Covers Unlimited

Where to start… I ordered vents from this company 3 months ago and was told there would be a 10 week lead time… after a few weeks I realized I needed to add one more vent to my order and was told it was impossible to “add” a vent and I would have to make a separate order which would take an additional 10 weeks! I was told that is how long production takes…for one vent… Well here we are two weeks after my first order of vents was originally supposed to ship and I was told they had a saw malfunction and production would start now, and they would ship the following week, how is that possible if they take 10 weeks to produce? The company has now stopped responding to me…. After I have already paid $600+. Whatever you do do not order anything from this company (Unless you like being robbed). So now I have to explain to my clients that I have been duped and we have to start the process of procuring their custom vents from somewhere else.

Insane return policy. Ordered 2 colors to see which matched. Returned and had to pay shipping both ways PLUS a 15% fee? I’ve never heard of that. Had to order over 30 vents but will absolutely not be using them.

Were very helpful with us needing to modify a custom order that had not quite made it through the production line yet. And, the vent covers we received were absolutely beautiful.

i had vent made to my specs with drill holes exactly where i needed them. great customer service, would order again.,

We bought a $300 plus vent. They did not disclose that there would be a FOUR WEEK DELAY. We are putting our house in the market and the lack of this vent will DEFINITELY delay or affect the quick sale of our house!
