We had a great experience with Jim the Handyman...from our very first inquiry. They were quick to respond, scheduled a first visit within a few days, provided a prompt estimate, and then kept us up to date on their timeline. Everything was smooth and the quality of work was excellent. We will definitely use them again! THANK YOU! (We had rotting wood around our front door; door needed some repair work, and most of the wood frame needed to be replaced/repainted.)

They installed an interior door in our finished basement. They started on time. They finished on time and the door looks like it was always there. They cleaned up nicely after their work was done. We could not be happier with the quality of their work!

I am not an easy person to please, particularly when it comes to contractors/home vendors. I am typically disappointed and find a lot of companies do not do what they say they will do. After a recent windstorm my storm door was ripped off and destroyed. I had no prior knowledge of Jim the Handyman and had not used them before. I reluctantly took a chance. I called and a gentleman came over and was pleasant with my wife and was not condescending to her as I was at work. He gave a reasonable quote to replace the door and the work was scheduled for the following week. I even mentioned that we were flexible and if any cancellations came in, we could take the open spot. The did call and we were able to have the door installed a day early. The work done was great and we could not be happier. They did what they said they would do and this is what is most important to me. I would certainly recommend Jim and his team and will rely on them again.

We've been using Jim The Handyman for several years and have found them to be reliable, professional, and always stand behind their work. Recently we had some tiling and painting done in our home and the team of Isaac, Carlos, and Jared did a great job, were friendly and easy to talk to, and kept the areas clean. In the past, they have helped us with indoor and outdoor home repairs. We highly recommend them.

Am writing to let you know that Hendricks has done a great job on our re-installing a curtain rod and installing lever knobs for our doors. He has been knowledgeable and had given us some options. Would hire him through you again.

The team from Jim the Handyman just completed their third job for me. Once again they were five star and I recommend them highly. This project involved adding a second staircase railing to match an existing one. It included moving a wall mounted switch which was in the path of the new railing. They matched the wood (hemlock), measured, measured, measured - everything was aligned perfectly. The stain matched the existing and the wall was patched such that the former location of the switch is invisible. And at reasonable rates. These guys are excellent - hire them!
