Because it isn't always about the 'almighty dollar'. I had concern about my Saint Augustine lawn and had been inquiring from individuals and general searches online to find a company to come and assess my yard. I live in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas and fell 'just outside' anyone's radius for service... that is until Kevin with Southern Botanical reached out to me after I submitted a 'contact us' request from their webpage. Kevin and I spoke briefly on a call and I followed up with some pictures of my lawn, Kevin then (because he was going to be 'out and about') came by my house to assess my turf in person, straight up because he enjoys helping people and it isn't always about making a buck. In the end I didn't have a problem at all, and Kevin also gave me his recommendations for fertilizing and disease prevention. Customer Service & Relationship Building are two key ingredients to a successful business, I know this because my husband owns his own General Contracting business & I work for a key roofing contractor in the Dallas area. Kevin's willingness to help outside of being paid for his services will land him my business in the future! Thank you!

This company is completely unprofessional and mismanaged. They are not what they seem. I wouldn't recommend them for any landscaping services. Sad as they used to be a company that could be trusted. BUYER BEWARE
