Platinum Outdoor Environments

Platinum Fence and Patio turned our backyard into a beautiful work of art. From design to completion their guidance and knowledge resulted in a patio that we will enjoy for many years to come. We live on a trail and our neighbors constantly comment on how nice the covered cedar patio and travertine pavers look. Sean, Justin, Cody and Nathan offer a team based approach that ensured we could get in contact of someone if any questions arose. The foremen and workers were very easy to work with as well. We are very happy we chose Platinum Fence and Patio for our project. We actually spoke to 5 different patio remodel companies before choosing Platinum. We had one other lower cost company back out at the last minute AFTER we had gone through two rounds of permitting. Other companies didn't really have time to help us realize our vision like Platinum did. Sean provided 3D renderings to help is brainstorm. What we settled on was much different than what we set out to do and we are so pleased. Any issues I had were quickly resolved and they have been receptive to questions after it is all said and done. These guys were honest through the entire process. It took about 10 weeks from the start of permitting to completion. Prosper is notoriously slow with permitting and that added to the time. Also, we had Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as well which added a little time. We were also gone for a week due to a funeral so that held them up a bit. The only thing I would change is to not worry so much if I hired them again. When there is a lot of money on the table it is hard to relax, but they delivered so I shouldn't have been so nervous! Live and learn.
