JML Landscape just completed a large porcelain paver patio for us and we are very happy with the results. The crew is professional, polite and friendly and a true pleasure to work with. They paid attention to every detail, worked long into the evening to get the job done and really did just a great install. We are so pleased with our new patio and I would absolutely recommend JML Landscape.

Jeremy (JML Landscaping) and his crew built a patio for our house in the spring of 2014. The patio is awesome and we love it. Jeremy was great to work with. In the design phase he listened to our ideas, and was able to incorporate items that both my wife and I wanted in our patio (always a delicate balance). He also recommended little suggestions that made big differences in our patio (like using vertical blocks as part of our walls) and landscaping. Jeremy and his team built our patio in about 3 weeks - and the best thing was coming home each night to see the progress that was made. During the construction 2 eye-opening things occurred: 1) Some of our neighbors had patios put in years before and were now experiencing problems. Jeremy's crew was able to show them how they were installed incorrectly and that was why they were now having issues. 2) One day I look out back and there are 2 guys taking pictures of our partially completed patio. When I asked them what they were doing they explained that they were from Unilock (pavers company) and were taking pictures of how Jeremy and his team were installing our patio as an example to show others contractors how it should be done. Very nice to know that Jeremy and his team were setting the standard for quality work. And the great service is not over when the patio is completed. Whenever I have a question about our patio or the landscaping around it I reach out to Jeremy and he answers all my questions. During one such discussion Jeremy mentioned that he had been out to our house the week before to check the adhesive used on our end caps to make sure it was working properly. And when a paver got a hole in it, I contacted Jeremy and it was replaced in a few weeks. Overall, I would and have enthusiastically recommended Jeremy and JML Landscaping to friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

very happy with the finished work. The only complaint i have is that we didn't set a completion date. I know weather dictates this but I thought it could have been done sooner.

We bid out an Outdoor Living Project to 3 designers. Our patio design would include a Wood-Burning Pizza Oven, entertainment space, dining space and lounge area. No other landscape company came closer to our vision than JML Landscape Development. We have a multi-level backyard living space that we love! The lines are clean and modern while fitting in with the design and flow of our house. The bid and finished product were within budget and completed within an appropriate timeframe. The staff was meticulous about laying evey stone and brick. The staff was professional and responsible. We will continue to use JML Landscape Development on future outdoor projects. Would highly recommend JML Landscape Development.

Jeremy completed our project in two phases over two years. We had the front entry stoop removed and rebuilt along with a paver walkway from the front stoop around the side of our house connecting to the back porch. It looks fantastic and we get so many compliments from people walking by! Not only does it look great, but we use it every single day. Jeremy really listened to what we wanted and came up with some wonderful designs for our project. He even altered them to meet our HOA restrictions and made it work for our space. We love the fact that he is on the job site every day and he has the same crew working for him for every project. They are obviously very competent and highly skilled in their profession. I even email Jeremy with various questions regarding landscaping, and product use for other outdoor projects. He always replies and always provides me with great advice. He has proven to be a wonderful resource and a wealth of knowledge. We want to expand our back patio and add a grill station in the coming years and won't have to look anywhere else but JML!

Jeremy is one of the nicest people I've ever met. The quality of work they did on our patio is amazing, and we get compliments on it all the time. We've actually hired them to add seating wall around our fire pit this year. Also, we have been able to recommend them to a few of our friends, and they have hired him. Jeremy's crew is also super friendly, and they kept us appraised on everything going on. Jeremy also communicates extremely well and in a timely manner.
