I have to say that Jamie and his crew were the most professional contractors we have EVER used! Jamie kept to our budget, worked to the agreed schedule, and did an amazing job. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our extensive 3 month project. I would highly recommend Hanlon Stone to anyone who is looking for a creative contractor who cares!

Jamie and his crew were wonderful. We met with a number of masons from the Greater Portland area and knew we definitely wanted to work with Jamie after our initial consult. His quote was very reasonable and from start to finish, he was professional, prompt, communicated well and was very easy to work with. They finished the project in less than a week, right in time to enjoy for Christmas. We are extremely happy with the results of our beautiful updated fireplace and highly recommend Hanlon Stone!

Jamie and his co-workers replaced our granite entryway steps at Youth and Family Outreach in downtown Portland. From the arduous Portland permitting process to the challenge of getting equipment and materials in at a very busy urban intersection, Jamie was efficient and professional. They were working in an area that is in between two children's play areas. Jamie was diligent about communication and safety. There were some surprises along the way and these were handled without any stress on me. The project was completed in a timely manner and the steps, railings and balusters are beautifully installed.

Hanlon Stone completed two projects at our condo building. The first was a 75 foot walkway using Genest Katahdin pavers. We then used Jamie again for an extensive redesign of the hardscaping around the front of the building. This involved rebuilding around 100 feet of stonewall, adding multiple sets of granite steps, and building several bluestone landings. The quality of the work was outstanding on both projects. Jamie takes pride in his craft, and the results are obvious. He is very easy to work with. Great communication and flexibility throughout. Competitive pricing. Highly recommended for projects large and small!
