Firstly, Don is a complete and utter gentleman, with real respect for the opinions and peccadilloes of the people he's working for. We had a rather hideous concrete patio, basement level - pretty much just a grey slab with walls on all sides. It had the potential to be a great space, but we needed someone to help us get it done. I knew what i wanted, and drew up rudimentary plans. Don made some great suggestions to a)make it cheaper and b) make it more proportionally desirable, and he was spot on. He brought over a number of travertine and slate samples for me to look at, and was very accommodating with my fussy color desires! His team works like a well-oiled machine - they completed our new outdoor courtyard in less than 2 days! We absolutely love the space, and are SO happy with his work - he's a real craftsman, everything is so meticulously laid, and the hedges are perfect. Really can't recommend him more highly!
