On Time Restoration

Did amazing work. Not the first time I've had water damage but Shawn and Whittney definitely made it the easiest. Quick, professional, and made this whole thing go from overwhelming to taken care of. Went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I really don't know how to thank you guys enough.

Warning! - Based on our experience I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. We entered a contract with On Time Restoration on 12/9/21 for water mitigation and repair / rebuild due to water damage sustained in our home in November 2021. We are now one year into this project, and we have yet to have all items completed as billed. We have incomplete work, they have not closed out the claim with our insurance, and we have work performed in a poor workmanlike manner we will have to pay another contractor to repair. Both owners / operators Shawn and Whitney Huff have purposefully ignored any attempt to reach them over the last 3 months, since 8/16/22. Multiple emails, voicemails, and even a certified letter without so much as a response. There were several red flags in working with this group starting with lack of communication. We were never, despite multiple requests, provided with a detailed plan for repairs including dates, times and clarity on work happening in our home. There has been continual miss-information and lack of timeliness in responses. As an example, on 5 separate instances over the Summer, Whitney or Shawn committed to scheduling work in our home. In all 5 instances that was not complete, and we were not provided any communication as to needing to reschedule they simply ignored any attempt to reach them. Lastly, we are highly concerned with their unprofessional behavior. Several delays or concern brought to either’s attention was met by hostility and / or finger pointing and excuses. Overall, based on our continued experience, I would recommend you save yourself the time and stress of working with this business. However, if you are unfortunate to work with this company, based on our experience, I would advise you not to pay in advance, get everything in writing with detailed line items for billing and request a detailed timeline in advance.

Had a sump pump failure. Our finished basement had inches of water. Shawn and crew responded quickly and professionally. They removed drywall, molding, carpet and pad. They dried out the basement along with inventorying our belongings. They all did a Awesome job.

Excellent job! They did a large flooring job from water damage. They did the drying out process all the way to floor replacement. Workmen were fantastic to work with.....very courteous and accommodating. I can’t say more about what a pleasure it was working with Shawn Huff.

it was a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday night, when I finally decided to head to the gym for the first time this year. I came down the stairs, stepped on the foyer, "Splash, splash". Horrified, I looked down to see several inches of water on the floor. Turns out the cold Siberian Indiana winter caused the pipes in my downstairs bathroom to burst. Horrified, I called my insurance company, who in turn got me in contact with Whitney and Shawn Huff, the owners of On Time Restoration. Even though I called them on short notice, on a Sunday night, Shawn was there with his crew within a short period of time. They came in, introduced themselves, and proceeded to get to work. I was on edge during this time (no one needs burst pipes), but they used humor and professionalism to alleviate my concerns. They also brought plenty of equipment to start the dry out. As I sat there, I talked to them as they worked. They had the right balance of professionalism and humor, and they all seemed really down to earth. This is one of those things that when it happens to you, you hope you have someone solid to do the work, and do right by you. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I have been pleased with the work they have done so far. If my mom ever had plumbing issues, I would reccomend On Time Restoration to her.
