Buyer beware. Although the website says no restocking fees, there is fine print and the initial page is very misleading. Lesson learned. The person handling the return didn’t even care at all regarding feedback. Will never shop here again. There are plenty of companies with which to do business.

I purchase 9 light fixtures from Styles of Lighting, all from the same manufacturer. I found them originally at another store and they were way over our budget. Then I went online and found the exact same fixtures for a significant savings at Styles of Lighting. They all arrived and were packed so well it took along time to unpack. They looked perfect. One of the three island lights was bent when it was manufactured and we did not realize it until it was hung. The renovation we did was during Covid and it was a long time after we got the fixture until they were installed. I called Styles of Lighting and even though it was way past the warranty they sent me a new light fixture. I can not say enough good things about Styles of Lighting . The fixtures are gorgeous and whenever some comes in the house they are drawn to how beautiful they are. Thank you so much

I was going to buy 3 chandeliers for my house. A project my wife and I have been planning for quite some time. We went to one of our local lighting stores and fell in love with the three we wanted but had sticker shock ($4825) and took the weekend to ponder. Just for the heck of it, I went online to have a 2nd look at the three Hinkley chandeliers we wanted and ran across “Styles of Lighting”. Long story short, I ordered all three of the exact ones and delivered to my door in 3 days, I paid $2708 and they arrived perfectly! A $2100 savings! I like buying local but feel like I was being taken advantage of. I definitely recommend Styles of Lighting and will be using them for the future. Thanks for the great service!

The negative reviews below do not correspond at all to our experience. First off, and most important, we got beautiful lights on time at an unbeatable price. When one of our fixtures arrived with a broken glass tube (Hinkley's fault for packaging their products badly), customer service at Styles of Lighting arranged for a replacement immediately. When it turned out we needed a second replacement part, a pin to attach the tube to the base (the first one got accidentally tossed along with the broken glass), Styles of Lighting were similarly accommodating. We could not have asked for better all around.

I purchased 5 outdoor lights quoizel from style of lighting! I must say I was very worried about the customer service after reading the negative reviews here.I contacted customer service about my order and got an immediate response.My lights were delivered within a week ( compared to 3 weeks from my local lighting store), we saved several hundred dollars and the customer service response was excellent! I would have no hesitation ordering from Style of Lighting in the future.

The worst customer service and experience ever
They sent me the wrong lights. Had to wait for a phone call back because only one person can do it
Was told to reopen box take photos of lights
Take photo of boxes sent
Email them. Then you have to wait 14 days for them to send you something from their supplier
What an inconvenience to the customer!!!
Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with!!!!!

Can I give 0 stars? I ordered a part on a Saturday and realized immediately I didn’t need it and tried to cancel. they were closed so I called the next open day and canceled it. They said fine. Then, they shipped it anyway. I tried to return and they told me since it was from a different vendor, they needed permission. After numerous attempts, it took my CC company to get them to send me a return authorization. Now, 4 months into this they still haven’t refunded my money.
Horrible customer service. Highly recommend NOT using them.

They knowingly misrepresent that items are in stock, i brought this to their attention and they said its a computer site glitch that will be fixed by IT. So numerous items that say they are in stock that arent in stock is a glitch? Well several days later it still wasnt fixed so its deliberate. I bought from them because they said the items are in stock. If you want them fast dont buy from them. Customer service didnt care at all and said ok we can cancel the order, no care about the misrepresentation or the delays caused.

I waited 2 months for my order. I called to check the status and the said it was discontinued. Never a call to let me know. I definitely would not recommend them. Horrible experience

Great experience. Received a nice online discount on a quality brand lighting fixture which arrived in perfect condition just 4 days after ordering. Very pleased.

Agree with Gail. Total nightmare to deal with for returns. You have to request a return within 25 days. It takes them about as long to actually authorize the return. Still waiting on my credit. You have to constantly stalk these people and keep on them in order to get issues resolved. The pricing is not worth the hassle.

A lower price is great until you have to deal with them on a return or a backend issue. Then you'll find that the savings just aren't worth the aggravation of having to call them repeatedly for a resolution. The customer service agent that I dealt with (there may only be one) couldn't do anything to assist, wouldn't transfer me to someone who could, and most certainly shouldn't have been a customer facing employee.
