We were redesigning our rear garden and wanted lighting to add real impact to a new patio and plants. We found Moonlight Design and spoke with David Haslehurst (the director). By studying our planting plan and listening to our ideas of what we wanted to achieve and using his extensive knowledge of plants he came up with some great ideas. He came to do an initial survey and then between us we finalised a lighting and cabling plan. The guys doing the work were just great! They were really hardworking, respectful, clean and tidy and were an absolute pleasure to have around. Other than the installed lighting, there was no evidence of them having been in our fully planted garden. They are professional garden lighting specialists and are used to not being fazed by anything!! The lights are not cheap but are real quality and built to last. We have a beautifully lit garden with no unsightly wires. It’s like a magic trick!! We would have no hesitation in recommending this amazing company.

We were highly recommended to Moonlight Design. We can now personally highly recommend them. From our initial meeting, closely taking our requirements into consideration, David Haslehurst came up with a great design. His extreme knowledge of plants and trees helped us to understand the best way to magically enhance our garden. The guys were friendly, working quickly and efficiently and leaving no mess. Trenches were made and cables laid with next to no disruption. Three weeks on and there is no sign that the ground was moved. They even provided a laser to light our Christmas Tree! Excellent job, we will certainly use again.

After having a bad experience with a previous installer of our garden lighting I contacted Moonlight Design to inspect the current system and make recommendations and design for the new lighting. From the start David and Phil were the ultimate professionals, conscientious in their work and we are delighted with the outcome. We cannot recommend the company enough and will be sure to use them on any future projects.

Excellent experience with Moonlight Design. The scheme designed was just as we had hoped and the site team were extremely careful and professional, ensuring there was no damage to roots, plants or hard landscaping. The end result is stunning and better than we could have hoped.

Moonlight Design first installed garden lighting in our back garden in 2007. We were so impressed with their work & the quality of the product that we asked them back in January 2017 to install lighting in our driveway & refresh the lights in the rear garden. Importantly, the team took great care to dig deep trenches for the cables, thereby avoiding future wire cutting due to wildlife & gardening. Moonlight Design installed 6 lights for our long front steps. It only took them two days to remove the old, failed lighting system installed by someone else and replace it with their much better system! Dug in a spade's depth to deter fox chewing, wired in, remote control device, key fob and timer controls all provided. The men were polite, cleaned up afterwards and explained everything. We are thrilled with the new lights: perfectly angled and discreet. Wish we'd found Moonlight Design sooner!

Moonlight Design are the ultimate exterior lighting professionals. We used their services to install garden lighting adjacent to a new Orangery in one of our properties. The MD David has been a delight to deal with from start to finish. His installation team were a pleasure to have on site and were very respectful, professional and skilful. Moonlight Design have a wide and deep knowledge of modern lighting technologies but crucially they combine this with substantial horticultural acumen and experience. This is such an important prerequisite for these kinds of lighting projects. The quality of the installation is truly outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
