I am very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience, and I understand the frustration about the delay of receiving your products.. Many times, the manufacturer will give us a date for receipt of items and the items are backordered and the date is pushed back. Unfortunately, it is out of our control, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic: many factories were closed for many weeks, resulting in manufacturing delays followed by shipping backups once the factories reopened because so many products were waiting to ship out. In fact, I ordered lights for my house in February and three of the four were backordered and the receipt dates continuously were pushed back FOUR times. Finally, they shipped and I am expecting them 5 months after I ordered. It truly is frustrating.

Since we offer a one-year guarantee on most products, and either fix or replace them at no charge unless they were installed incorrectly, I'm not sure what happened with your particular product. Could you please contact me at sarahking@metroelectricsupply.com and I will look into your order?
