Lighting One delivers great customer service and did an excellent job of assisting me with finding just the right light needed for my space. I've purchased both exterior and interior lighting from them and I've always been pleased with the selection and service.

I had purchased a certificate to Lightning One through an online auction almost a year before and thought I might be treated differently but was pleased at the prompt, friendly help I received. I was looking for a different lamp for a new side table and I found one on the Lighting (One) website. They had one in stock and I went to see it and fell in love. The lamp was a little off kilter but they were able to bend it back in place. Great service!

Great customer service and follow through. They helped me find the right lighting for my kitchen & dining room remodel. Even let me return the can lights that didn't fit properly for a new style. Very happy customer. Just wish they were located closer to me.

Excellent supplier. An electrician chipped a bathroom light shade after we had owned it for 2 years and Lighting One had the light and supplier on file. A new shade was in under 3 weeks! They also held a credit for us for about 2 years... most suppliers will hold it 1 year at best. They are also good at helping you find what you want. That's why we bought there!

I was trying to find a certain light fixture for my living room. Although I wasn't able to find the exact light fixture Lighting One of Cincinnati was able to find a comparable fixture. I am so happy with my fixtures and I would not hesitate to go there again from my lighting needs.

I purchased a lantern-style hanging light for my entry as well as 2 sconces for above a fireplace. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me choose lighting that looks wonderful. I was able to take a sample sconce home before purchase and Lighting one matched on-line pricing.
