Best customer service, quick to respond and go above and beyond. They certainly took an active role in assisting with my purchase and didn't make excuses.

Terrible. Their website showed stock and confirmed the order. No response to questions. Finally when the order was due I was able to confirm it was on back order and is possibly expected in a month. They do not actually carry any stock and exclusively ship manufacturer direct, which is hidden on the website. Website still shows stock. Definitely not recommended.

Just made a second purchase from LNY, best prices and service. They know mail order, minor problems jumped on immediately and rectified. For lighting purchases they will not be beat for price or service.

Outstanding from start to finish!! I purchased two Darlana lanterns for my kitchen island on April 14, 2017 from lighting New York and am very pleased. I paid a few hundred less than my local lighting company and no sales tax! Lanterns are beautiful, well built - not cheap. They offered free shipping and I can return for free too. Important to me as I selected a gilded gold and was a bit nervous. My local company wanted a restocking fee- can you believe it. So I am thrilled. Great price, customer service and return policy makes me a return customer. I need a kichen table light next and will definitely use lighting New York. Highly recommended!!!

I got the coolest light fixtures for my (in process) bathroom from Lighting New York on-line. I did ask a question via the on-line help and was quickly answered. I have never ordered from them and was a little nervous but ... they were great! WS-3618-CH Modern Forms Loft 18in LED Bath Bracket in Chrome WS-3618-CH Qty: 3.000. These are led lights and have a great sleek look. My style is modern/contemporary and these are a great look, not contemporary crazy just clean line look. They are nice because they keep the light from one end of the glass to the other, all even. Not like the bulb types look. They feel good and arrived in perfect condition and on-time! Very few places had this Modern Forms Loft style and it was a great price with FREE shipping. Love it! Can wait to put them in. I am putting them above my robern vanities. Beautiful! They are perfect!
