ordered lamps that were never received and can't use a $25 credit I have
I came here this morning to see if I could find anything that I am looking for. I tried to log in, as I previously DID have an account. However, my password no longer works and when I click on the link for password help, it does not work. I have a $25 credit that I would like to use, but apparently, I won't be able to since I can't log in. Jennifer Queroli is the person that I dealt with in the past because I too, had difficulties with my lighting order. I guess I will forfeit my credit and give up on ever doing business with HomeClick since, obviously, it is indeed a bad company to do business with, according to other reviews.

I purchased a chandelier from this website. The chandelier is defective. The company refuses to respond and has taken no responsibility for this. To repair the chandelier, I will have to spend 50% of the purchase price in electrician fees. Do yourself a favor ... shop elsewhere.

Made an order - waited for a more than a week, was never shipped
Don't waste your time order from another vendor, HomeClick is fishy, I made an order after more than a week later I checked on the order- it was never shipped!, didn't want to return my money I had to put hours on the phone to get my money back.
