My wife ordered an expensive dining room lamp and the experience has been a total disaster. She placed the order in late November 2020, and here we are in late March 2021, and no lamp. Why is that? Well, since they don't believe in open communication with their customers, I don't know - I assume there's an issue with their supplier, but again, I can only assume because they don't give any information on what the problem is. Their customer service department is completely unresponsive and they do not seem to care at all about the serious money their customers spend. I can't think of a time I've ordered a product and nearly five months later, don't have a good explanation why, or a willingness to compensate for this egregious delay. The only time they wrote back is when I threatened to report them to the BBB and NTC, and after reading the reviews on here, I think I should, because this is completely unacceptable. I shall not do business with them again.
