Dear Mr G., We are truly sorry about your experience. Due to huge supply shortages, which were and are still happening all over the world, we notified you that the TV you ordered was backordered and our distributor could unfortunately not give us an ESD. Major shortages and supply chain disruptions have made certain products difficult to get in a timely manner. We also experienced estimated shipping dates that would change day-to-day. At the time, you expressed that us not being able to get the TV was "breaking the contract." You were luckily able to find the TV at a box store, but it was apparently for $500 more than we were selling it. You subsequently demanded a refund for the difference. After discussing your expectations we decided we were not the right custom installation firm for you. We issued you a refund the same day. Small businesses have seen unprecedented challenges in these past 2 years. Fortunately, you are the first client who would not accept that we were doing everything in our power to make your project happen as on time as possible.
