Tara staged my beach house for my sale. I didn’t even recognize it - she transformed it into a magazine spread. Stunning. Everyone room - she added something to make that room “pop.” So much detail - I could not have even imagined to make it look that good. I am a big believer in having the professionals do Work on your home - get a plumber to do your plumbing, an electrician to do your electrical work. If you are selling your home - let Tara stage it - it will be worth the short money for pictures and the sale of your home.

Tara did an amazing job! First, she did a consultation for us, and suggested things we should do (like changing paint color in one room) and should not do (like painting our cherry cabinets) before putting our house on the market. Then, she came in and made our house look attractive, yet neutral- the perfect blank slate for potential buyers to envision their own style instead of ours! We accepted a cash offer after less than a week on the market for $130k over asking, and we credit Tara's staging with much of that. If you're thinking of selling, make this investment and you won't regret it!

I knew my condo looked good with all new paint, new granite counters, new hardwood floors. But whenever I walked in and saw it after staging, I was blown away. Tara managed to pull it all together and made it look like a showplace. I told all my friends to look at it online and they agreed. Better than Home and Gardens. I know if I had put it on the market with my old furniture, rugs and paintings, it would sit for weeks. It went on the market Tuesday and by Thursday, I had 5 offers over asking price. She is an artist and I am one delighted customer.

We have so much pride in the staging experience we had with S.O. in selling our home. We think it significantly helped us achieve our goal to get offers above our asking price in a short amount of time. ($16K over) My husband and I, & our 4 and 1.5 year old, immediately fell in love. It’s funny, we just wanted to enjoy the “new house” and relax every night, although we were still pushing ourselves to get ready for the move and push on with the "to do list." The staging was so well thought out and made us joke about maybe not wanting to sell, because we saw what a professional team could do...
