Erin came to inspect our place and within minutes, she had several ideas to present. She had the vision to measure up the space and prepare it for maximum results. She then went from room-to-room and gave suggestions for us to improve areas beyond furniture and decorative hangings. All these were optional, and up to us to decide. The next day she submitted a full written proposal, explaining her planned staging proposal and items separate for us to consider. The speed and completeness at which she acted gave us the confidence to hire Erin. Our place sold at above list price and in record time which is testament to the success of her work. House staging in preparation to sell was a foreign concept for us but Erin Lazer was a gift to our moving process. We learned very quickly that this is an essential service provided by the real estate agency to help us professionally market our home to home buyers. She was able to quickly see a clear vision of how each room of our 2,000 square foot home should be staged. Erin could verbalize to us the changes in decoration and furniture placement that would increase the probability of home buyers to put in an offer. Her suggestions were impressive and clearly born from training and experience as a stager and home decorator. After her visit as promised, she sent us a four page document with the list of changes that she suggested going room by room. It was most helpful to have for example, lighting fixtures suggested and then be able to use the hyperlink provided to connect to the store that sold the items listed and then purchase through on line shopping. She included names and phone numbers of professional tradespersons, paint stores and where to donate our unwanted furniture and other other household items. It was a busy three months of painting and redecorating our home of 28 years. We were very proud of our efforts because our home never looked better. We sold our home in three days over asking.
