We deliver, stage and beautify your home in preparing it to sell. Our furniture rental is very reasonably priced with 2 rental options available. We offer 60 day or 90 day guaranteed rental contracts however we will work with anyone to create a solution to meet your needs.

Barbie was extremely helpful with a good eye for what will make the house and pictures pop. We followed each recommendation as best we could and it paid off extremely well. We had over 30 showings and 14 offers the first weekend. She provides a very good balance of using what is available while also recommending cost effective purchases to give the final touches for staging.

SOLD in 4 hours! I can't say enough good things about Barbie and Simple Solutions. So professional, so caring, and such a simple process! We did a 'walk and talk'. During the walk and talk, Barbie reiterated the basics of her philosophy: work with what you have, depersonalize, and create a emotional connection with the potential buyer. N0 repainting, NO buying furniture. Within hours of her visit, I received an annotated portfolio of images, each marked up with exactly what to do: remove this; move this here; add this. We followed her advice to the letter and viola! Sold! Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend without reservation.

Barbie is an outstanding professional!! She knows her business and does not beat around the bush about what needs to be done to sell your home, starting with an appropriate wreath on the front door. Barbie was there via email or text to answer my many questions and to give advice on the 'look' of a particular room. She was fun to work with, however, when my agent suggested working with her my expectations were very different from what I received, needless to say her work product far exceeded my expectations. Comments from prospective buyers and realtors on the look/appearance of the home were great. Thank you Barbie!!

I am a Realtor and met Barbie at a networking event and learned about her "Walk and Talk". We hired her to do a walk and talk with one of my clients that had been on a market for several months. She was easily able to spruce up his "bachelor pad" with some pops of color and within a month we had a contract! We have since used her on his girlfriends home which has closed and several other of my listings.
