She helps clients in Barrhaven, Kanata, Manotick, Orleans, Gatineau and other area communities stage their homes so they can sell them more quickly, for more money. She trains them on how they can achieve maximum results by applying such strategies as updating the colors in their home, de-cluttering, and changing floor layouts. “I educate sellers and realtors alike that staging is a necessity, not a luxury, and that small steps can increase the selling price by 15,000 or more,” she points out. “I tell clients that if they don’t stage their home, it helps the neighbors sell their homes.” Nicole is known for her tenacity, creativity, attention to detail and her innate ability to recognize the potential for interior space. She is a gifted interior consultant and color expert who helps clients overcome their most pressing challenges in preparing their homes for resale. Her substantial decorating expertise, her lifelong “passion for all things design,” and her extensive study of fashion design enable her to advise others on how best to enhance their interiors. Nicole’s clients benefit from the organization, time management, people skills, attention to detail and other insights she gained during her earlier career working in management and visual merchandising for leading Ottawa-area retailers.
