After moving out of state, our house sat empty for several months. We had showings but no offers. Our agent recommended we stage the house and provided Sanctuary’s contact information. The Sanctuary team was professional from start to finish and when we saw the photos of the home after they were done we were blown away. After staging, we had 3 offers in just a few days and went into contract over ask. I was skeptical at first but staging made a huge difference.

I used Sanctuary Staging on a house we had listed. It was on the market for over 4 months and we pulled it off for a month to get it staged. With their staging and their suggestion to white wash the fireplace we went into contract at a price $1,000 higher net than we were on the market on before. And not just that I ended up with some of the best pictures I have for marketing now :). Saying I would suggest them is an understatement. They made it easy and more importantly were effective.
