We offer basic staging packages which includes furnishings, accessories and artwork for a Living Room, Dining Room, and Master bedroom and Master Bath. This also includes the Kitchen, Hall Bath and Laundry areas as well. Price range starts at approx. $2500 based on size of property and distance from our vast warehouse. Any additional rooms (example: Office, Formals and Game Rooms) would be considered an add-on.

I appreciate that we signed a contract and everything was spelled out. Precision Houston Home Staging delivered everything they promised. Blanca is a pleasure to work with. We were very satisfied with the quality of furniture and accessories that were used for the staging and we know it contributed to the sale of the house.

Precision were really great to work with. The dramatic difference between the before and after staging pics are mind blowing. We received repeated positive feedback from realtors, most of whom specifically complimented the staging. There was a coherent theme throughout the property, as well as a very thoughtful use of space. Will definitely use them again!

We hired Precision Houston Home Staging to stage a vacant "flip" property. They provided us with a consultation and a quote. They were accommodating to our needs for the house. They were really good at communicating with us from beginning to end. We absolutely loved the furnishings and accessories they used and we got great feedback on the staging from showings.

Extraordinary job staging my house for sale, every single person that toured the house commented on the extra touches that Precision staging used in every room. Some stagers focus too much on the actual furniture, and not the accessories, that can really make a room POP. Blanca was extremely courteous, professional and helpful in all aspects of the time we worked together. A big thanks for all of your help!

I had a large home to stage, which can be a challenge, but the staging turned out fanstastic. The decor used created a nice flow throughout the house. She is a joy to work with and a true professional. She knows her business and we felt comfortable putting the entire project in her hands and we were not disappointed.
