The penultimate professionals. We were so incredibly impressed with the approach, professionalism, service, price point and communication from Platinum Property Styling (PPS). They were genuinely interested in how we could best present our home to market and worked with us to style it as we added finishing touches. The communication was consistent and clear throughout the campaign, we knew exactly where we stood and the team were ready to respond straight away if we had any queries. The bump in and bump out of furniture and items was seamless, when we discovered a few small marks on the floorboard from moving furniture it was immediately rectified the following day. We thought that the pricing was perfectly positioned for the service received and it played an important role with our stellar agents at Ray White Port Adelaide in being able to sell the home for over our reserve on Auction day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the PPS team for any styling. It is safe to say I did not recognise my investment property once it had been styled by Platinum. I had my property for well over 10 years and it had seen a LOT in it's time. Once the place was staged, it looked brand new which meant I got an excellent price for my house. I cannot thank you Guys enough. Highly recommend.
