We just worked with Yari Horilczenko from Meredith Baer and he was beyond exceptional. Firstly, he went above and beyond compared to other designers we've hired in the past. He is approachable and action-oriented on top of being a truly talented decorator. He started out by moving our existing furniture and art around (making much more sense and looking so much better than before). Then he presented new pieces and finishing touches. Everything works perfectly together and the turnaround time impressive. Huge thanks!!!

Great looking projects, I can vouch for this. She did a phenomenal job staging the massive 20,000sq ft home I worked on with DJ Balling and crew during the new construction phases. I was the journeyman HVAC installation lead on this project and was blown away with the gorgeous interior design

I hired Setting the Stage to stage a vacant condo that was being listed for sale. The team was great to work with, very professional. They took the time to meet with me, see the condo and made suggestions during the consultation that were very helpful. Communication was easy and timely. They arrived to all appointments on time. The staging made the condo look great and it sold quick very quickly. All around, great experience. Thank you guys!!

I have had Meritith Baer bid multiple development jobs for me. Their prices are a bit higher than other stagers I use, however you get what you pay for. They do amazing work, and I will be utilizing their services the next time I have a developer list a home with me

Meridith Baer Home is an incredible service that recently staged my Hollywood Hills home. Given its placement in the hills - and it being a unique space - I was genuinely worried about my ability to sell it without somehow helping the buyer to truly envision what the place COULD look like if properly furnished. The designer i was paired with was amazing and very sweet. She did a fantastic job and i sold my home with multiple offers very quickly. I can't possibly do MBH justice in trying to explain how wonderful they are. I highly recommend them for so many reasons.

A few of my clients hired this company for home staging. They did a good job but did not like when we wanted a few minor changes. They eventually listened and helped out. They seem very pricey compared to other stagers but the houses always look very good and I am sure sell for a lot more money than a vacant home - and a lot quicker! I always know when I am in a Meridith Baer Home; I hope they change up their furniture and art soon.

We had a 4000 sg. ft. home in Naples, FL that was listed for over $2.0 million. It was unfurnished and that can be a big drawback since customers in this area prefer to buy "turnkey". After 10 months with no offers our realtor recommended Meridith Baer Home for staging. We agreed and sold the house within 3 months! Our experience with the entire staff, from the sales person...to the consulting designer...to the delivery guys was excellent. They're furnishings and fixtures allowed prospective buyers to see our house as a warm and comfortable home...not just empty rooms. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to use this type of service to sell their luxury real estate.

After having our home up for sale for a few months, my husband and I couldn't help but blame the market. We had listened to every tip our RE agent suggested and were very close to taking our "for sale" sign down when a friend suggested home staging. While doing my research on Houzz, I came across Meridith Baer Home. Once the Meridith Baer team had done their magic (in 48 hours!), we received offers that were all above our asking price! I felt so ridiculous for not considering staging sooner when our house sold just a few weeks after. Thanks Houzz! I recommend Meridith Baer Home to anyone... but especially to those who have had their homes up for sale for some time now.
