We complete all the work with our skilled contractors, overseeing the project through to completion. At Manor Properties we know the kitchen and bathrooms are the most important rooms in the house and we pay close attention to make them most appealing for future owners. Although you can search the web and see millions of foreclosed homes for sale, we never buy a home without seeing it in person. Whenever possible we like to purchase the worst house in a great neighborhood, it has nowhere to go but up in value, due to the other homes in the area.
