Our emphasis is to keep the cost of preparing your home for sale as affordable as possible. We simply re-arrange your own furnishings and then enhance with accessories and small accent pieces to create the "designer look" which appeals to Buyers and sells homes. We use the same philosophy for staging empty homes. We keep the the cost as low as possible and furnish unappealing empty spaces using our own inventory which has been specifically chosen to create a warm and inviting ambience without over-dressing the home. Our aim is to allow your Real Estate – the walls, floors, windows, light and space - to be the star. Co-ordination of Property Preparation. This includes coordination and consultation services for the duration of the project, and can include: Guidance on how to organize your possessions - "should it stay or should it go?" Arrangement of Estate Sales where needed Clear out/clean up where required Recommendations and quotes from our team of trusted contractors Coordination of home updating projects - small and large, in a timely manner so your property can be marketed a.s.a.p. Sourcing and purchasing, with your agreement, items that are to be replaced including appliances and lighting. These items will be billed to you separately. Redesign. "Oh, I wish I had met you sooner. I never knew my house could look this good!" This is the overwhelming response we get from our Staging clients, and they often ask us to help them style their new homes. Our re-design service is a cost effective way of bringing a sense of style and the designer look to our clients' homes.
