For vacant homes, I create a "model home" look, using up-dated and quality furnishings. I help increase the market value of your home, so it sells faster and for more money. Additional services I provide are home staging consultations for occupied homes including a staging report. The staging report covers: curb appeal, checklist for the main areas of the house, recommended furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and color advice.
