Stephanie is a fantastic decorator and home stager. She is extremely efficient and the consummate professional. She helped me with numerous projects in my home and we are extremely happy. She is timely and organized and has wonderful ideas. I would highly recommend her for anyone from the smallest to the largest of jobs.

Stephanie has an incredible flair for home design combined with impeccable professionalism, service commitment and efficiency. You can sense it from the moment she takes a tour of the property, quickly coming up with ideas and turning around a detailed proposal with advice for each room. She follows through on everything, implementing with exactitude, and the service providers she works with are meticulous and do great work. In addition she made clear recommendations of what we could do ourselves to save on budget and speed the process. Stephanie added just the right sensibility to bring out the warmth and beauty of our home; in one instance she pushed for a recommendation that we had ruled out, found the right item at the right price and we were wowed by how much of a difference it made. Stephanie is terrific, easy to work with and we recommend her unreservedly.

My family was very fortunate to work with Stephanie from Homestead Advisors to gut renovate an apartment. Stephanie handled every detail from start to finish. She led a team of contractors and guided them on every area including electric, plumbing, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen design. Stephanie selected all decorating aspects from flooring to curtains. Stephanie is simply amazing - both as a stager of a home we sold and with ideas for renovating the home we bought. She is extremely responsive, intelligent in her recommendations, and has a vision not just for each room but for the house as a whole. Her tiling suggestions for the kitchen, bathrooms and powder room were particularly nice, as well as her paint color choices. She has been very patient with us (we are very frustrating to deal with, especially with rugs!) If you need someone to guide you - not to tell you what to do - and someone who is completely nonplussed by what can be a difficult, stressful situation, Stephanie may be as perfect for you as she was for us. She worked well with our realtor for the home sale and the contractor for the home we purchased. She is a hard-working professional. Totally great.
