Elle showcases your home with a warm an inviting style. She works with the existing furniture, editing and adding decorative pieces to highlight the features of the house. She coordinated colors to flow from room to room making the house look larger and brighter. When her design was complete, it looked like a home featured on an HGTV show. She depersonalized the house allowing buyers to focus on picturing themselves in the home. We had a solid offer within the first 2 weeks! We had more than one offer. She is very friendly and thoughtful. She will answer your questions and make you feel like you are part of the process. Elle understands what appeals to buyers.
