Barbara has been just exceptional and invaluable in helping and guiding me with my new construction home project right outside of Boston. Her taste is exceptional and she’s been able to “figure out” my style, while at once guiding and pushing me to explore new and modern things. It’s clear that she brings a vast amount of varied experience to the table in virtually all parts of building and remodeling homes. She also has incredible attention to detail on such things as colors, hardware, placement and selection of lighting, room layout, flooring, and all the finer and critical aspects of building and staging a home. She is extremely responsive, easy to work with and a whole lot of fun. She’s made my project enjoyable. I couldn’t do it without her.

Barb was absolutely fantastic to work with on my interior remodel project. From the first day she entered my house she provided me with so many different ways to think about my living space and enjoy it to its fullest. I loved how she listened to what I was looking for and asked questions about how my family and I used each room in our house. Her proposed ideas always prioritized what she heard was most important for our needs. Barb also has amazing resources that were always high quality and many didn't break the budget. I worked with Barb on a complete home redesign after a house fire. I truly, honestly couldn't have done it without her. The vast majority of our work was done remotely and leveraging shared photos and ideas with our houzz book. Barb kept me on track with creating an updated new home in an 1888 victorian. I couldn't be happier with the results, the recommendations, and the friendship we developed along the way. I have referred Barb to many good friends and would not hesitate to collaborate with her again.

I hired Simply Staged Home on a couple different occasions. Most recently I purchased a home that was very outdated. Barbara came to my home, took several pictures and notes, returned about a week later with paint samples, flooring recommendations, lighting ideas, window treatment quotes, cabinet / counter top selections and furniture layouts. I gave Barbara a budget to work with and agreed to put everything in her hands as I was overly impressed with her knowledge and design experience. She price shopped all materials and provided me with receipts for everything she purchased. Within 30 days I my home was transformed into a more modern home that we just love.
