Oregon Hot Tub is truly the best in the business! I'm an avid researcher and enjoy shopping around, comparing, and finding the best bang for my buck. This was an important investment so I took my time. Andria at OHT was phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, and helped me to compare tubs, brands and warranties. OHT won out time after time. At OHT you're not only purchasing a spa, you're receiving a team of dedicated individuals who are there to guide you and to answer your questions long after you've made your investment and are enjoying it. Andria still responds immediately to my inquiries and treats me like a VIP. I've been able to set up autoship for many of my spa needs and receive excellent discounts by doing so. With four kids at home, it's nice to have someone else keeping track of what I need and when... while also saving me money! I've had the best, ongoing experience with OHT and would very highly recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!

Working with Oregon Hot tub has been excellent from the very beginning. Met Jack Nichols in April contemplating getting a hot tub and researching reviews. Hot Spring tubs offer very low maintenance , quite operation and low operating cost which what was looking for. After 3 visits ( you have the option to make an appointment and try it while running : ) and many questions later Jack helped me choose the one that would fit our needs. We have a tight space and he went to our home took measurements , pictures for clearance issues and weight support distribution as well. Had the spa for a week now, ended up with SOVEREIGN model , fits perfectly and exceeds expectations . Jack came by after installation and walked me through first time chemical prep and future maintenance schedule. Customer service is fantastic and our family has been using it everyday. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jack for a truly smooth , no pressure and highly professional experience.

From start to finish Oregon Hot Tub was professional and courteous. They provided answers to all of our questions and more. They were also very prompt with delivery, set up and a small repair that was needed. Happened to walk into the store and discussed a problem I was having with the water in my hot tub. I was literally ready to buy a new tub and start from scratch. The lovely woman knew exactly what the problem was and led me to a product that would cure my hot tub. I followed her instructions, even though I didn't think it would work and it worked like a charm. This store is the best and the employees are very nice friendly and above knowledgable.

I purchased a Big Green Egg from Oregon Hot Tub. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was more than willing to offer any help that I needed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had 4 different people helping me and felt like all my questions and concerns were answered. I am very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to start cooking on it. This will complete my backyard project.
