Rotor Multimedia was founded by photographer Rand Bradbury Jr. less than a year after commercial drone photography was deemed legal by the FAA. We're excited to be one of the first professional drone service companies operating out of the Philadelphia, PA region and can't wait to bring the skies to you! Most aerial photography companies hire untrained amateur drone pilots that never learned how to take a photograph properly. This practice results in lackluster images, damaged property from drone crashes and a potential $10,000 fine from the FAA for both the drone pilot and the customer. Did you know that it is illegal to hire non-certified drone pilots for paid work of any kind? Rotor Multimedia only hires experienced photographers that have taken the extra initiative to obtain the FAA's stringent Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification for small, unmanned aerial systems. To put it simply, our photographers love to fly!
