Needed a water heater. Showed up in a New York minute and did the job. Called them back for an ice maker line. Showed up in a New York minute with the parts! Did the job neat and clean. Needed a toilet seal and parts. Yup, showed up in a New York minute and had the parts. Rebuilt that bad boy and never had a problem since. That was in 2010. Needed a sink drain assembly and fixtures. Called Reel Plumbing and they showed up in a New York minute. I left the house on an errand and they were done before I returned, left the place spotless, and even changed the ice maker filter ! They remembered. Who ya gonna call? The number ONE guys in a number TWO business, that's who.

This is an exceptional company. It is family-owned and the customers are treated in a very personal manner. Gary Ferris is an excellent plumber and he tries so very hard to please his customers.
