The company is now in its second generation of family ownership, with husband and wife team Larry and Kimberly Shoemaker owning and managing the company. Who wants a fresh, growing lake around a basement boiler on a SUNDAY afternoon? Life happens, and Deluxe came to our rescue! A young, intelligent and personable fellow named Chris Reiss was our action/answer man. A godsend, even at a $190 service fee. He was here in less than 30 minutes, and spent the next 3 hours efficiently slaying the water dragon with an unbeatable attitude, until the job was a complete success. First time I was grateful to part with a grand of green for my hot water and heat to work again on a Same Day unexpected Sunday calamity. A Heartfelt Thank You to Chris & Deluxe!

We had a sewer blockage on a Sunday and called Deluxe, super nice people and sent someone out within the hour. Dylan was awesome, we weren't 100% sure where the problem was but he quickly discovered it to be an issue with the sewer line outside of our home, which happened to be the community owners responsibility, so we had to contact them to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Deluxe to anyone who needs a plumber or HVAC technician, especially in an emergency. Thank you again for your timely and efficient service. This morning, Justin, Tyler and Daphne came to my home as I renewed my contract with deluxe. Thank you for sending three very professional and competent technicians to come to my home and the check the plumbing and heating system. they did their job expeditiously. They also took the time to teach me about the what they were doing so that I was more cognizant of what had done and needed to be continued in my home so that I have an effective heating and plumbing system. Deluxe Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job installing my new high wall Mitsubishi AC unit! The company recommended the best model for my needs, and they were correct!! They arrived in a timely manner on the day chosen for install! The installers performed an excellent job, very neat and thorough, finished in less than one day! I appreciate the great job! Needed emergency service to replace a water heater on the weekend. Great communication, excellent work, and they identified and corrected mistakes made by a previous plumber. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Matt was tremendous and responsive we had a major leak in our home we called into Deluxe Sunday morning at 1o’clock in the morning and got a response right away from Matt he walked us through step-by-step how to shut our water off on FaceTime and he followed up the next day to take a look over the leak he presented us with different repair options and also connected us directly with a restoration company for the water damage thank you Matt and Deluxe family you guys are great

The company I work for was introduced to this firm through a reference. The scope of the said project was vast and inconclusive, we had several unknowns as we proceeded. Throughout the entire project they were there to service us. Consequently, we utilized them on another shell project whereas they provided all the rough in plumbing work. They did a tremendous job and braved freezing temperatures to ensure the project remained on track. Their boss, Travis was always there in the trenches with them. I believe a great leader leads by example and that is what you get with Deluxe. Both divisions, residential and commercial, are rock-solid, so much so, I would refer them to my own family.

I've been working with Deluxe Plumbing for over 2 years. We have a couple hundred apartments in the area that they service, and they're always there to help. They have good communication, 24 hour service, and the techs are always polite. Our tenants are happy with them and they always clean up their work. If we ever have an issue, Deluxe comes right out to take care of it.
