Templemere Residents Society

Templemere is a secluded private development of 65 town houses in 12 acres of landscaped gardens in Oatlands Village, mid-way between Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge in Surrey. Built in 1963 by Span Developments, the estate won a coveted Civic Trust award the following year for ‘making an outstanding contribution to the local scene’.
