We worked with Austin from Wilton Kitchens from September 2018 through to the present day (December 2019). Austin designed the kitchen in our newly built house and it was installed by his team under his direction. Right from our first contact, we found him to be helpful, friendly and creative. The Neptune kitchen range is flexible and stylish and good value for money. We are very pleased with the end result. Austin has a good sense of design and the kitchen has matched all our expectations. It was installed on time and Austin and his team worked well with our builders – making sure that the deadlines were met. We have also appreciated the service that has been provided by Neptune and the team at Wilton Kitchens. There have been minor problems and we were very pleased to find that they responded positively and helpfully to our concerns finding resolution to the issues we raised. All in all, a very good job and highly recommended.
