The team at KCA are extremely professional & helpful. They offered great advice at the outset of the kitchen design and communicated well throughout, updating on progress. The kitchen fitter was amazing, professional, attention to detail and worked to a high quality of detail. Overall couldn’t recommend KCA more highly!

We looked at a few kitchen companies when looking for our new Kitchen, Bar and Utility room and have to say KCA stood out from the start. Whilst many companies try and tempt you with huge discounts, when you look at the bottom line of quality of product, level of service and bespoke nature of what KCA offers, then KCA for sure is the best deal ! Exceptional service across the whole team, including the installers and a special call out for Sam Coventry our main contact and kitchen designer who has a great eye for detail and designed an amazing kitchen for us with a real wow factor ! We were in discussions for a while with many revisions to drawings and Sam put in many hours to help us get to a dream kitchen. Highly recommend KCA ! Thanks John

Thanks so much to KCA for a beautiful kitchen. Katie our designer, was a joy to work with, from our first conversation she took the time to listen and take onboard what we were looking for. Katie came around to see the existing space and look at how we could better utilise the space for the kitchen/living area. To say it was a challenge might be an understatement but she designed a beautiful kitchen, completely flipping the area coming up with an innovative beautiful space to entertain and cook in. The design process was painless with Katie and KCA. The team always listened to any concerns we had and kept us informed every step of the way. The installation process was completed using a great team who kept the site tidy at all times and most importantly it was installed and commissioned on time. KCA were brilliant at planning, designing, delivering and fitting my new kitchen. A great range of choices from units, worktops, splashbacks, taps and appliances. Helpful, friendly staff all the way through the project. Excellent service all round. I would highly recommend them.

OUTSTANDING!! When writing this review I decided to use the word “outstanding”; right from the start KCA "stood out" from of the rest of the kitchen companies that I contacted. The moment we made contact with KCA, initially via their website, they were quick to respond with a telephone call and the magic began to unfold. During our first consultation with Sophie, the design consultant, she was more than willing to work within our budget and help to create our dream kitchen. During the consultation period we found that Sophie listened very carefully and understood exactly what we wanted. We set out all our needs and Sophie quickly came back to us with a three dimensional graphic of the proposed kitchen. Once again, I found this service to be superior to other companies, who took time to draw up a plan and then submitted hand drawn sketches which were difficult to visualise. The computer graphics very quickly generated a “real life” look and feel of our kitchen. From this, we were able to make changes and come up with the final design. During this time nothing was too much for Sophie, she changed colours, plans, surfaces, handles and drawers around, all the while providing valuable advice and showing endless patience. Once the final plan was competed, Sophie came out to re-measure, she liaised with the builders, produced the technical plans and her attention to detail was meticulous. KCA also has a rigorous system of checking all components of the kitchen before installation takes place which we found to be very reassuring. KCA were also most helpful in “ individualising” our experience as we needed a fridge brought in a couple of months before installation. Sophie and Mel took care of this with ease and our fridge was ordered, delivered and installed. Once installation started, Mel kept us up to date with the deliveries and installation dates all the way through. Working with Matt, the kitchen fitter, was a pleasure and his workmanship was excellent. Outstanding to the end- KCA paid attention to the smaller details and have shown brilliant after sales service, coming out to complete “ snags” and make any changes we requested. A special thank you to Sophie who has shown exceptional customer service, helping me with colours, my choice of lights, where to source light bulbs and kitchen stools- nothing was too much to ask!! She made to entire experience exciting and an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend KCA- they were outstanding!!!!!!

My wife & I were introduced to Katie at KCA by our Interior Designer, Kerrieanne from Deborah By Design when we asked for a recommendation for a kitchen designer and supplier. From the outset Katie took time to understand our objectives for the new space we were creating (removing walls & building new ones whilst integrating our conservatory into the thermal footprint of the ground floor) as well as our vision for a new kitchen. From the time she took to understand the result we were trying to achieve, through the design she came up with, to all the little alterations she made at our request without any sign of frustration or annoyance, to the visits she made to check measurements and the counsel she gently gave when we suggested things she knew were not such good ideas. Her patience, ability to set expectation & then exceed them, to her determination to ensure we were happy & kept informed at each stage, are a rare combination of qualities. We were also surprised that Katie not only designed the kitchen but also measured and surveyed and then produced the 3D visuals as well as the technical plans for the trades. When it came time for the installation Tom and Steve were a great team – they are 2 of the most skilled, patient and hard working craftsman we have met. Like Katie, they set and managed our expectations perfectly and were creative and pragmatic if any decisions arose which needed resolving with real care and attention to detail. They were a pleasure to have working in our home & on the final day they stayed until gone 6.30pm to ensure everything was finished before they left & even left a video for the electrician to help with a tricky section of final fit he needed to do. The kitchen is an amazingly accurate realisation of Katie's visual design & we are thrilled with the results both aesthetically & functionally. We have engaged & worked with a lot of designers and trade teams over the 24 years we have been having alterations done to the house. Without exception, our experience with KCA has been one of the most enjoyable & hassle free in all that time. Thank you for your work too Kerrieanne & for the introduction - your reputation was in safe hands with Katie, Tom, Steve & the KCA team (even the office staff were a pleasure to deal with - special thanks to Mel, Kirstie & Jonathan.

We recently had three rooms re-modelled by KCA including the Kitchen, Dining Room and Orangery to take on a common theme. We worked closely with Katie who was amazing. She listened to our requirements and came up with some brilliant ideas and had an open minded approach to our suggestions. We would highly recommend KCA and Katie in particular. She nailed it and we are delighted with the finished result.

During the difficult days of lockdown and Brexit, we decided to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. Sophie was very professional and full of wonderful ideas and her designs were excellent! Problems with suppliers and manufacturing delayed the project quite a bit, but Sophie and her team kept us well informed and calm and this went a long way towards alleviating frustration. For this and the beautiful and worthwhile end product, we are enormously grateful.
