Ian Rice Kitchen Design Consultant

I wanted to get involved in the detailed planning of my new kitchen. And was fortunate to meet Ian (a design consultant) at Panorama. I chose to have a number of meetings over an extended period to develop my plan. The final design was developed around one of his initial ideas. Ian was very patient and professional during this time and also has a good sense of humour. He explained the various options available and gave advice. I enjoyed working with Ian. The utilisation of the available space is just as I wanted. The Panorama surveyor and installation team completed the build and am very happy with the result.

After considering the usual kitchen companies, Ikea, Magnet, etc, something was stopping me placing my order. We wanted a modern well-made and stylish ki tchen for our young family, we wanted advice and guidance. I had walked past Panoramas showroom many times, looking admiringly through the window but always assumed it was out of our league. I met Ian Rice and immediately felt at ease. Ian gave me so much time, was endlessly patient with my dithering and questions over small details. He helped us enormously to shape our ideas and offered plenty of his own which we incorporated into the final design. We appreciated his honesty about not paying for some features that he knew we wouldn’t need, he was always professional, courteous, super friendly and tolerant with our toddler running around the showroom! Quotes were issued promptly and the plans and software helped so much to visualise the design. Ian also helped to source or recommend other products / equipment manufacturers to complement the kitchen. Eternally grateful! Inevitably we did end up going over our initial budget but that was our choice as we fell in love with a white wraparound Corian worktop ! We could have spent the same amount at Ikea and would not have had anything like the same quality, choice of products or level of service. Ian came out to the house numerous times before we finalised the order and a few times afterwards, answered dozens of phone calls, texts and emails from me! Same goes for all the others from the Panorama team; surveyor, installer, service manager, accounts manager, etc. We are completely delighted with our kitchen, it is exactly how we wanted it to be and I cannot recommend Ian Rice and the whole Panorama team highly enough!

Ian helped us with the design of our kitchen ,he was always available to advise when we wanted advice on changes ,the time scale was punctual and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

It was a chance meeting with Ian when looking to replace our existing kitchen. It was our daughter’s idea that we needed to revamp our kitchen storage so we have easy access. That was the remit to Ian and few other larger companies we visited. But Ian was the only one that showed us a different option which got our minds racing with fabulous ideas. We changed our minds a few times along the way, but Ian was happy to comply or suggest alternatives. It was a pleasure working with Ian... the finished article surprised us all. We would recommend Ian for any new projects you may only dream about, but would like to make it a reality.

Designed the kitchen layout in consultation with us. Showing computer generated images. Helped us decide on specific materials to be used. Suggested a local tile warehouse with 10% savings for Panorama customers.

The plans on paper were amazing but the actual kitchen is even better than we imagined. From start to finish Ian guided us at every step, listened to our ideas and put into plan exactly what we wanted, making suggestions along the way that we hadn't even considered. Nothing was too much trouble for him even when we wanted to tweak design slightly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian to design your kitchen. He has done a brilliant job designing ours. To say we are thrilled is an understatement.

Buying a kitchen is often one of the most expensive purchases a homeowner will make so to have an experienced, thoughtful and (in my case) very patient expert like Ian to guide me was invaluable. Ian's expertise and great design ideas guided us throughout the process to arrive with an amazing kitchen which meets our needs and has the wow factor all within our budget.

Ian was professional and helpful in dealing with the planning and design of our kitchen. We met him at the Panorama showroom and after greeting us he gave us time to browse and look at the many different styles of kitchen . There was no sales pressure- we knew we wanted a kitchen from Panorama we just didn't know which one! But once we'd narrowed it down and Ian had worked out our quote with a bit of tweaking here and there , Ian arranged a date with us to take the measurements etc and then all we had to do was book a date to get our kitchen installed.

We done our kitchen through Panorama kitchen nearly 3 months ago...when we had this plan in our mind we been to few kitchen designing places and we didn't like any of those places and their ideas...at the end one of our friend recommended panorama kitchen..and the consultant Ian Rice..as soon as we got into the shop we really got surprised the collection they got and my partner was made up...Ian been really helpful and shows awesome patience...he done our work amazingly with a lot of adjustments and feasibility...now our kitchen looks fab and boss...all the credit goes to Ian and team...
