Jerry and Brian did an incredible job. We needed a whole new side of railing with banisters and he came up with a creative way for us to have just that. He also replaced our old railing and was able to color match it custom to what we wanted. They were communicative, prompt, easy to work with and took pride in the job. I’d highly recommend them for any staircase or railing needs!

I absolutely love my stair remodel. The work quality is beyond excellent. Pacific Coast Stairs responded quickly to our inquiry for a bid, coordinated work to be done with our flooring installers, showed up as scheduled and on time, and went above and beyond to clean up after themselves. Pacific Coast worked with us to design a new railing, replacing our 1970's metal stair railing with glass sides, metal posts and a square wood top rail and matching hand rail. We spent extra money on the type of glass to prevent the greenish tinge of regular glass and are very happy with that choice. Their idea modernized our home while at the same time looking original The wood rail was carefully stained to precisely match our wood floors. I am choosing to review this company because I was so impressed with the care and precision of the work. In addition to our beautiful railing at the top of the stairs, Pacific Coast Stairs widened our stairway, added a stair skirt and other molding to the area, and painted white risers. This project cost approx $13,000 and I am so happy that we chose to splurge on this while we we doing a floor replacement project.

Very Professional. As a woodworker myself, I appreciate attention to detail. These two guys did a stellar job on my stair rail. While they may not be the least expensive, they are the best. If you want a quality job done, look no further.
