Stanrock undertook thé full renovation of a house in Clapton. We also added an extra storey with a mansard. Over the years I have worked with a number of different contractors on various properties in the US and UK. I have never come across anyone with the level of professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail of Stanrock. The combination of innovative and tasteful design with a competent and reliable construction team made it by far the easiest and satisfactory project I’ve ever worked on. It was not exactly an easy project either, but they made it straightforward. When I put the property on the market to rent, it was taken up within hours. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have used Stanrock Building Service for 4 building projects now. The first two were commercial and i was so happy with the ease and professionalism that I decided to use them for my home. The key points that i found very useful: 1. Budgitery management: they kept within the budget and all cost were allocated prier to the build starting allowing for easier budget amendments. You never know what is under the floor boards until you rip them up and any unforeseen expenses or issues that arose were informed to me straight away so as to be able to make the appropriate decision. 2. scheduling: They have always finished the build to the day. So long as i didn't decide to charge the plans mid project. When deviances did happen they updated the schedule and informed me of the acquired labour and material cost before agreeing to it. 3. Quality of finish: A big one for me. the quality of finish is superb. All the way up from the sparky to the decorators. They always work with the same team, so know the plumbers, sparky, joiners and what not quiet well now. Which is a massive peace of mind when it comes to building jobs. I 100% recommend when and always happy to share my personal experiences directly or showing of the work they have done.
