What a joy it has been to work with Libby and the House of L team. Libby and her team made a super complicated and daunting process of building and furnishing a new 6000 sq ft home incredibly simple and a lot of fun. After just a few conversations Libby quickly figured out our design preferences and then got to work. I honestly do not know if any of them ever sleep! The team worked closely with us to help develop layouts, choose appliances, fixtures, flooring, countertops, rugs, window coverings, furniture, etc. They stayed on top of all the details, kept the contractors informed and on schedule, and kept us updated throughout the entire project. It was apparent to us that every subcontractor on our project held HOL in high regard. The amount of time and anxiety they saved us is priceless. The creativity, product knowledge and attention to detail they bring to the table is beyond compare. We especially enjoyed our meetings when choosing items for the house. While Libby’s team did such a great job presenting us with several PERFECT options for all the furnishings and finishes that fit within our design preferences, they also exposed us to new ideas and designs we often times liked better than anything we would have ever found or chosen on our own. Building a large house during the Pandemic was overwhelming, in particular, the extensive interior design. We can't thank Libby and her crew enough for their dedication and fine work. Throw in a seasoned Contractor and you might find yourself in an entertaining pissing match of EGO's. It's refreshing to find someone that can be respectful, professional, and collaborative.
